Sumo wrestlers who belonged to the Nihon University’s sumo club rocked babies and organizers wore colorful masks of foxes and demons in an attempt to make babies cry. They were competing on which baby would cry first. The traditional “Crying Sumo” event started in 1991 to wish for the health and well being of children. Around 100 babies joined the event this year.
