Zamora: NCAP could help address traffic violations amid rise in cases since suspension ANC
Headstart: Metro Manila Council President and San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora believes the non-contact apprehension policy could help address traffic violations amid a recent rise in incidents. Based on data from the MMDA, over 32,700 traffic violations were recorded in May this year. That’s way higher compared to an average of 9,514 violations before NCAP was suspended last year.
