Nakipagpulong ang Pangulo sa 12 leaders’ level meeting kasama ang mga lider ng Australia, Canada, China, India, Japan, Republic of Korea, United States, at United Nations.

“In these meetings, I promoted and highlighted key interest of ASEAN such as food, and energy security, migrant workers protection, climate change, and digital transformation — issues that are of strategic importance to the Philippines,” pahayag ng Pres. Marcos Jr.

Nakiisa rin ang Pangulo sa ASEAN-Plus Three Summit ng China, Japan, at Korea, at sa East Asia Summit na isang premium leaders-led forum kung saan tiniyak niya ang usaping rules-based international order kaugnay ng isyu sa West Philippine Sea.

“I reaffirm that Philippines is committed to peaceful resolution of disputes and called on all countries to continue upholding freedom of navigation and overflight in the South China Sea,” saad niya.

Nagkaroon din siya ng kaliwa’t kanang bilateral meetings kasama ang ilan pang ASEAN member countries.
