Although Goring continues to weaken, it maintained its typhoon strength with maximum sustained winds of 155 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gusts of up to 190 kph, as of 11 a.m. It was last spotted 245 kilometers east-northeast of Casiguran, Aurora, moving north-northeastward at 15 kph./r
