/”Ang Caloocan ay isa sa pinakamataas ‘yung poverty incident, and ‘yung mga programa ng Caloocan City government ay talagang lacking so kawawa talaga ‘yung mga residente diyan. So tinitingnan natin, pinapakinggan po natin ‘yung mga hinaing ng mga kababayan natin doon at ‘yung mga kakulangan ng city government.
