Ito ang binigyang-diin ni Pres. Bongbong Marcos sa pagpapatupad ng Executive Order No. 41 na layong suspendihin ang pangongolekta ng toll fees o anumang singil sa mga sasakyang may kargang goods at commodities na dumadaan sa mga pampublikong kalsada.

Paliwanag pa ng Pangulo, kung dire-diretso ang mga truck na may kargang commodities na makapunta sa destinasyon nito nang mas mabilis, mas magiging mura rin ang transportasyon.
