Typhoon Jenny has slightly weakened and slowed down as it moves closer to extreme northern Luzon. At 10am on Tuesday, October 3, ‘Jenny’ was located 330km east of Basco, Batanes with maximum winds of 155kph and gustiness of up to 190kph.
Meanwhile, residents of Cagayan are bracing for the effects of Typhoon Jenny.
