'Jenny' slightly intensifies; PAGASA not ruling out possible landfall over Extreme N. Luzon
The state weather bureau on Saturday evening, Sept. 30 reported the slight intensification of Tropical Storm (TS) Jenny (international name: Koinu) as it moved northwestward over the Philippine Sea./r

In its 11 p.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that the maximum sustained winds of the tropical storm had slightly intensified from 65 kilometers per hour (kph) in its previous bulletin at 5 p.m. to 75 kph./r

PAGASA monitored /”Jenny/” 915 kilometers (km) east of Central Luzon. It was moving at a speed of 15 kph northwestward and gustiness up to 90 kph./r
