Canada’s state of the art warship HMCS Vancouver pays a visit to the port of Manila ahead of its participation in joint naval drills with the US and the Philippines. Official say the Vancouver’s visit is Canada walking the talk in its commitment to strengthening ties with the Philippines and the Indo-Pacific. She arrived in Manila on September 29, after making stops in South Korea and Japan.
