Sinagot ni Sen. Risa Hontiveros nitong Lunes, Oktubre 2 ang mga kumikuwestiyon sa pagpuntirya niya sa confidential funds ni Bise Presidente Sara Duterte, kabilang ang puna na hindi niya /”binanatan/” ang pondo ni dating Bise Presidente Leni Robredo.

Ayon kay Hontiveros, walang /”bumanat/” sa confidential funds ni Robredo dahil wala siya nito sa kaniyang termino. Dagdag pa ng senador, hindi lang naman silang mga nasa minorya ang pumupuna kay Duterte kundi pati na rin ang ilang nasa mayorya.
