The residents of the coastal Greek village of Agria scrambled to dig their vehicles out of muddy waters after Storm Elias caused the nearby river to overflow its banks. It is the second time in three weeks the village has been flooded by the river, after Storm Daniel swept through the region causing cities and villages to flood and taking 16 lives.
