The ridge of a high-pressure area will bring fair and warm weather in Luzon, while overcast skies and rain showers are expected in eastern parts of Visayas and Mindanao due to easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said on Monday.
