Unang sumalang ang mga opisyal mula sa Development Budget Coordination Committee na binubuo ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Department of Finance (DOF), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

Tiniyak ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez na maipapasa ang 2024 National Expenditure Program sa loob lamang ng limang linggo, apat na linggo sa mga komite at isang linggo sa plenaryo. #News5
