Sisi Rondina made sure that there would be no repeat of Choco Mucho’s Game 1 collapse as she powered the Flying Titans to a 25-23, 25-22, 25-22 sweep of the Cignal HD Spikers in Game 2 of their semifinals series in the PVL All-Filipino Conference, Saturday at the PhilSports Arena.

The Flying Titans suffered a reverse sweep against the HD Spikers in Game 1 last Thursday but Rondina made sure they took care of business this time around to force a deciding Game 3. The former UAAP Most Valuable Player finished with 23 points on 20 kills and two blocks, while Kat Tolentino contributed 15 points including 13 attacks.

Meanwhile, it was a tough day for the HD Spikers who got 13 points from Jov Gonzaga and 11 each from Ria Meneses and Ces Molina. Vanie Gandler was limited to five points in the defeat.

Game 3 of the series is on Tuesday, December 12.
