In the PAGASA’s bulletin issued at 5 p.m., Chedeng was last spotted 1,150 kilometers east of southeastern Luzon and packing maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts up to 70 kph.
It remains almost stationary over the Philippine Sea.
