A bomb joke prompted the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines to shut down the runway of the Bicol International Airport for several hours on Monday, October 2. That’s after the crew of Cebu Pacific flight 5J 326 found a note with ‘bomb’ written on it inside the plane’s lavatory. At least 11 flights were affected by the incident.
