Naniniwala ang NBI na posibleng inutusan ang babae na kumuha ng NBI clearance gamit ang pangalang Alice Guo para lituhin ang mga awtoridad.
Nauna nang ibinunyag ng NBI na pareho ang fingerprints ni Mayor Alice Guo at ng Chinese national na si Guo Hua Ping.
